Alright, to give everyone some idea on what I mean by working your way up, I have posted the formats for our Late Model and Truck Series up on the site now.  It gives the run-down of how cost can come into play on whether or not you actually race on a given week or not.  If you run out of cash, or your team does, you don't race.  So stay in the black so they say, and you'll be fine.  It gives the administration here at UOR some idea of how clean and good you are.

 

This is a new league that is looking for it's first few sign-ups so we can start having some racing action.  Also the first few sign-ups will determine the start time of the races along with day.  I'm not running the league by myself and all the drivers that sign-up, will have a say in the daily operations of the league.

 

Right now I'm looking at Thursday night to hold the races at probably in the neighboorhood of a 8:30pm EST start time.  Races for now would be held using the Cup mod.  I'm looking to expand the league though so you have to work your way through the racing ranks, starting at Late Models.  The league would also change for each division.  Late Models would race one day, Trucks the next, Busch the next and Cup the next.  This way if a driver want to go back and race Late Models and he is a current driver in the Busch division, he can.

 

The Cup Series will be our top level of racing.  I also will be working on a way to make the race winnings awarded after each race make it so you may or may not be racing the next week.  More to come.

 

If we can get the league operating at the level I would like, there will be four days of racing.  Late Models opening the show on Thursday, Trucks on Friday, Busch on Saturday and Cup on Sunday.  All the series here will run with open setups, hardcore mode.  The weather will remain at 70' Clear without wind for the Late Model division.  The other series will run in accordance to the real life schedules and will use the weather that was present at the time the races started.
