Late Model Structure

This will be how the UOR Late Model Division will operate.

* UOR's Rookie/Beginner Series
* New entries to the league start in this division
* Those new drivers will start off with $5,000
* Entry Fee for each race they partake in will be $100
* There will be a General Maintence cost of $75 per race
* If the reason for the DNF is listed on the results page because of an engine failure of some sort, that driver will be charged $500 (Practices, Qualifying, Happy Hour not included in this)
* If the driver visibily damages his/her car during the course of a "Race" event, the driver shall be charged $750 (Practices, Qualifying, Happy Hour not included in this)
* Race Winnings will start at $1,500 and go in intervals of $9 per position
* Points will be awarded at 100 pts. for 1st and then 5 pts. per position.  This means 21st place on back would not recieve any points
* Bonus points will be used as follows:
    1 Point for leading a lap
    2 Points for leading the most laps
    1 Point for winning the pole position
* There will be no "team" cars.  Not saying you can't have a "team" going, but each driver will be scored individually of each other (Teams will play a part in the CTS, BGN and Cup series')

Each of the total prices given are NOT reflective of what a real life race would be like.  Just a guage to determine if we want a driver moving up or not, it also means, if you cannot make either the entry fee or general maintence, you will not be allowed to race.  Also if your car can make those two but then is involved in a wreck or an engine failure, you could possibly end up in the hole.  In which case you will "work" one week and not be able to race as well and given just enough cash to make entry fee and general maintence for the following week after your "work" week.
